Shave or wax 24 hours before application and exfoliate and moisturize thoroughly prior to application
Hold nozzle at arms length, and spray onto each section of the body, spraying mist in a downward motion from left to right
Wait until the skin is touch dry before dressing and avoid contact with water for 6-8 hours, then rinse
