SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Simply Essential Beauty Supplies, Inc., ships within Canada ONLY and offers FREE EXPEDTITED PARCEL SHIPPING on all merchandise orders that are $99.00 and over (Excluding taxes & Coupons).  For shipments totalling less than $99.00, there is a delivery charge of $13.95 for Expedited Parcel Shipping.  This cost is currently being reviewed monthly due to additional fuel surcharges being implemented by couriers.

 

Back ordered Items:

If any of items in your order are out-of-stock, we will notify you of this via email, with confirmation of ETA (estimated time of availability).

If it is deemed that the ETA is too long, we may partially ship available items and ship Back-order items when available at no extra cost to you.

Shipments:

We ship all our orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, marked as Do Not Safe Drop meaning, unless you are available to receive the package it will not be left on your door step or in a safe location. A card will however be left for you to pick it up at your local post office.

If under the rare circumstances, according to the tracking on your shipment the package has been delivered, however you have not received it, please contact us and we will open a case with Canada Post who will contact you for confirmation.  Once they deem the package lost, we will reship your order to you.  Please Note: This can take a couple of weeks.

 

All orders are shipped from British Columbia, with delivery estimates between 1 to 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. Remote locations may take a couple of days extra. Once you order is shipped, you will receive confirmation via email with the tracking number.
