FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
    If for any reason once you have placed your order you wish to cancel or change it please either send us a message via our site, email us at sales@essentialbeauty.ca or call us at 866-535-1026/604-936-1140 and we will be more than happy to assist you. If orders are placed by 1:pm PST and we have inventory they will ship that day, therefore please contact us as soon as possible to change your order. If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel, any shipping costs incurred by Simply Essential Beauty Supplies Inc, will be deducted from the refund.
  • An item is missing from my shipment.
    Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
  • Part of my Order is Damaged
    We take pride in ensuring that items in your order are shipped with the necessary packaging material to ensure you receive your item in new condition. If due to unforeseen circumstances your package is damaged when it is received, please send us a photo of the unopened parcel as well as any items inside that are damaged and email them to us at sales@essentialbeauty.ca and we will open a case with the courier to investigate.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We are located in Beautiful British Columbia and providing we have inventory and your order is received prior to 1 pm PST Monday to Friday it will ship the same day. Any orders received after 1 pm, will ship on the next business day. Orders received at the weekend or on holidays will ship on the next business day.
  • When will I receive my refund.
    In the event that you return items that we accept to be returned, once received your refund will be processed within three business days of receipt, less any shipping and handling costs incurred by Simply Essential Beauty Supplies.
  • Do you offer Curbside Pick Up
    We are located in BC, however do not have a store front therefore all orders are shipped via courier and we are unable to offer curtsied pick up.
  • I received an item as a gift, am I able to return it.
    If you received a gift and it is one of the products we accept returns on, we will accept it to be returned as long as it is new and an on line credit will be issued to you. We are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred in the return of the gift.
  • Can two discount codes be used at once?
    Unfortunately, we are only able to allow one coupon code per order.
  • I signed up for Rewards, how do I redeem my points?
    When you place an order you will receive an email telling you how many points your order was worth. If you click on this link it will allow you to redeem your points against your next order.
  • I received a coupon code, but didn't use it against my order?
    If you received a coupon and forgot to use it, please email us at simply@essentialbeauty.ca with your coupon code number within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to help.
